Hayley Burke

Hayley is an experienced Oral Health Therapist with adult scope, bringing over 20 years of experience in the dental industry. She began her career as a dental assistant before completing a Bachelor of Oral Health at Auckland University of Technology in 2010, where she received the 3M Best Restorative Skills Award.

Having practised throughout the Waikato district and serving the Cambridge community since 2018, Hayley brings a broad and versatile perspective to patient care. Her experience across both private and public health sectors has equipped her to treat a wide range of patients, adapt to diverse clinical situations, and build strong, trusting relationships within the community.

Driven by an ongoing desire to grow professionally and a passion for oral health, Hayley completed a Postgraduate in Advanced Clinical Practice through Melbourne University to broaden her skills and provide care for a wider range of patients. Her clinical interests include restorative dentistry and all aspects of periodontal care. She is recognised for her kind and gentle approach, building strong, trusting relationships with her patients.  

Hayley is also passionate about oral health promotion, volunteering extensively in schools and aged care facilities, and has travelled to northern India to take part in a dental expedition, providing care to rural communities in need. Outside of dentistry, Hayley loves spending time outdoors, gardening, second-hand shopping and time with her husband and two children exploring the outdoors.
